Announcement of accommodation payment time and relevant issues for the second semester of the 113 academic year (August 1st 2024~July 31th 2025)
1. Payment time of accommodation fee for the second semester of the 113 academic year: November 19, 2024 to December 2, 2024.

1. Notification of status cancellation due to no payment: December 11, 2024
2. If the student who fails to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application for the next academic year.
3. Those who decides not to live dormitory in the second semester of the 113 academic year, please notify the undertaker by E-mail (please indicate student ID number, name and reason for canceling the dormitory) before December 2, 2024.
4. If the student needs to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the student dormitory application system before December 2, 2024. Operation manual: https://reurl.cc/WvzrXe
5. If student who applied accommodation reduction due to low-income in the first semester will apply as the reason in the secondary semester, please pay the accommodation after reduction completion.
6. Ministry of Education “Subsidy Program for College and University Students Living On-Campus”: Overseas students with Taiwanese nationality are also eligible to apply for the subsidy (please send an image file of your Taiwanese ID card to the undertaker).
