Early Check-in and Check-out Raffle Event for Residents Not Staying in Residence Hall E, F, or G in the 113th Academic Year.

●Location: Residence Hall E front desk and Residence Hall A, B front desks
●Eligible Participants:
1.Residents who check out from Residence Hall E, F, or G after the summer of 2024.
2.Residents who check out from Residence Hall E, F, or G after the summer of 2024 and check in to Residence Hall A or B in the fall of 2024.”
● Activity Details:
1.Checking out from Residence Hall E, F, or G:
During August 17-21, eligible residents who successfully check out from Residence Hall E, F, or G will receive a raffle ticket. Please bring your ticket to the Residence Hall E front desk, and draw for prize. First come, first served, while supplies last.
2.Checking out from Residence Hall E, F, or G and checking in to Residence Hall A or B:
On August 21, eligible residents who successfully check out from Residence Hall E, F, or G and check in to Residence Hall A or B will participate in a raffle at the Residence Hall A or B front desks. First come, first served, while supplies last. (Residents are not allowed to move into Residence Hall A or B before August 21st.)
Ps. Foreign students who win the prizes must pay 20% income tax of the prize value in cash when claiming the prize, and the relevant information must be filled in before claiming the prize.
