★Notification of status cancellation due to no payment： May 7, 2024

2. If the student who failed to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application in the next school year.
3. Those who decides not to live dormitory in the 2024 Summer Break, please notify the undertaker by E-mail (indicating student ID number, name and reason for canceling the dormitory) before May 2, 2024.
4. If the student need to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the student dormitory application system before May 2, 2024.
