1. For the 2024 Summer Break, Dormitory No.7, Male Dormitory No.2, and Female Dormitory No.2 at the Gongguan campus will be open for accommodation applications.
2. Scheduled from June 16, 2024, to August 22, 2024, the Heping campus dormitories will undergo air conditioning replacement, window glass removal, and painting projects. Due to the removal of windows, coupled with the abundance of mosquitoes during the summer and the installation of new air conditioners, there will be no air conditioning available until the new systems are approved post-installation. Therefore, accommodation applications for the Gongguan campus are open, and upon returning to Dormitory No.1 in September for the new academic year, newly installed split-type, grade-one energy-saving air conditioners will be available for use.
3. Additionally, due to the need for refurbishing and cleaning the beds for new freshman dormitories, those approved for summer accommodation will be reassigned beds.
4. Dormitory No.1 will be temporarily out of use for the 2024 Summer Break. The school will invest over fifty million to comprehensively update more than five hundred grade-one efficiency split-type air conditioners for Dormitory No.1, along with updating air-tight windows, concealed iron bars, painting, handling hot water issues, and leak repairs.
In the event of any discrepancy between English and the Chinese texts, the Chinese version shall prevail.
